Phases of product development
Problem-solving
Digital Innovation Development applies design-thinking to define the problems their customers face and ideates possible solutions that can be prototyped, experimented on and improved upon based on feedback. The team then decides whether to pivot or move into the execution and solution phase.
Execution and solution
Digital Innovation Development employs an agile approach to development. As part of this phase, the developers build out a product over a series of sprints, gaining feedback along the way until the innovation is ready for delivery.
