Project Ease

Project Ease is a platform that will leverage data to seamlessly pull patients toward health, ensure everyone receives equal care, provide patients with the correct diagnoses and corresponding treatments and establish OSF as the intelligent health partner our patients crave.

Data comes in through Epic, the OSF website, schools and community-based organizations. API brings everything together and includes: centralized data hub, intelligence core, management core and an outreach core.  

What's Next

OSF leaders have formed a group to guide and support the responsible use of generative AI within the Ministry as it holds great potential in transforming various aspects of health care. At the same time, teams within OSF Innovation are already looking at what’s possible by using the tool.

It’s important to note there is a difference between traditional AI and generative AI. Traditional AI is trained to follow strict instructions to perform specific tasks. Generative AI learns from data to create new content. OSF is already leveraging traditional AI in different projects like CliniPane and the AI Mortality Predictor.
